4. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing accurate and timely information necessary for the completion of projects. Delays or inaccuracies in provided information may result in project delays or additional costs.

5. Payment Terms

Payment terms will be specified in individual service agreements. Generally, we require a deposit before beginning work, with the balance due upon completion. Late payments may incur additional fees.

6. Confidentiality

We respect the confidentiality of our clients' information and expect the same in return. Any confidential information shared during the course of our business relationship should not be disclosed to third parties without written consent.

7. Limitation of Liability

Addlcp SR Samadhan shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

Either party may terminate the service agreement with written notice if the other party breaches any material provision of these terms. Upon termination, you must cease using our services and pay any outstanding fees.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes. Your continued use of our services after such modifications will constitute your acceptance of the new terms.

10. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
